Keith M. Bower

Keith received a BS in Mathematics with Economics from Strathclyde University (UK) in 1995 and an MS in Quality Management & Productivity from the University of Iowa (USA) in 1997. He is certified as a Quality Engineer and Quality Improvement Associate by the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and completed Six Sigma Gold Belt (Black Belt + Lean) training in 2005.

He was a Technical Training Specialist with Minitab Inc., a Statistician with Unilever R&D, and is now a Principal Quality Engineer with a biotechnology company.

His hobbies include narrating short stories for children available through and has been a lifelong supporter of Manchester United. He is a fan of the TV shows "House", "Lie to Me", the BBC's "Life on Mars" and classic episodes of "Columbo".

2009	Closed Captioning (CC) added to YouTube Podcasts, for hearing impaired customers
2010	Guest lecturer on applied statistics at the University of Washington
